Return & Refund Policy

At HingNath (a brand of Bahubali Enterprises), we are committed to delivering high-quality asafoetida (hing) and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Returns

Due to the edible nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The item is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Refunds

If your return is approved due to one of the valid reasons above, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A replacement product at no additional cost

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without proper justification or after the return period

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective)

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • To cancel, email us at support@hingnath.com immediately with your order number.
